Hello, This is my first post. I am not tech savvy. My grammar and spelling are OK. Hopefully you will focus more on the future content of what I have to share and say. I am posting my insights via meditation and through profound listening to others during meaningful conversations. I will be sharing how these insights pertain to my life. Hopefully these same insights will generate food for thought and conversation with others in your life. I am one that believes that we are all capable of tapping into the "Infinite thread of information" that is available to us all. The challenge is it requires us all to take moments to be still enough and present enough to let go, trust, listen, process, and finally take action. The goal is to transform our lives, to move forward in a more positive and compassionate way, while sharing with others along the way. May a positive and healing journey begin... Martin K. Abdo

I would Like to Nominate Pat is Coming to Fruition!
Wednesday, October 3rd Today during my afternoon bi-weekly supervision, I thanked my supervisor for the kind words that ended up in my work mailbox in the mailroom. She stated that she didn't spefically write it, but a new committee generated it to celebrate each other as staff. I shared with my supervisor that I was meditating the other day. I stated that I heard to celebrate my co-worker Pat for his amazing efforts managing the recycling program at our hospital. She looked very surprised. She then smiled and said, "You are very intuitive! I was just thinking of celebrating him somehow. I sometimes bring him and his crew donuts." I said, "I was thinking it would be really nice to celebrate him with a hand written thank you card. We as peers could all say some kind words about how we appreciate him, rather than just sign it." My supervisor said she really liked the idea. I look forward to seeing the card manifest for Pat.
Wiped Out!
Tuesday, September 11th During morning meditation, I heard internally, "Wiped out!' I believe it is safe to assume that this refers to how my wife, son, and myself feel this second week with new transitions and schedules. In addition, she is assisting my son with his new school routine and some homework-going over what is expected of him from each of his teachers. My son started sixth grade in Middle School. It is a big leap from grade school. He is quickly building independence by walking to and from school alone. Staying home alone for short periods, and adjusting to a much bigger school, new teachers, and new classmates. Myself, I am doing my best to get home by 6:30pm. I am open to assist with making meals and/or clean up from meals. I am making lunches. I am open to assist with homework. There is ...
