6/12/18: During meditation I heard, "Impeachment." Heard this day of my meeting. I do not have a good gut feeling about this meeting going well. The meeting did not start well or end well.

"Venting" 2/24/21 It's my Birthday! I am 49.

During morning meditation, while suiting up, I heard, "Venting." I feel this pertains to work. I have been strongly advocating for a client of mind that hasn't received proper services for over 8 months. He is a minority. I am seeing a pattern in my caseload.

What Are You Doing Snakes?

Wednesday, April 3rd During morning meditation, I asked my Spirit Guide Somoya what I needed to know for today. I then heard an internal voice say, "What are you doing snakes?" The term "snakes" is a word I use to describe those I work with who are not ethical, don't follow rules, and talk behind my back-backstabbers. Several "snakes" in my workplace have moved on in the past year. It is not clear on whether or not they were asked to leave, or they left on their own volition. Before their exits, I was very close to leaving my job that I am very passionate about, due to their behavior. Currently, there are a few "snakes" that still remain. I am much more hyper vigilant and mindful not to share or be trusting of these individuals. I have to be very thoughtful about what I say and do as I move forward in my professional career. I want to collaborate with the hospital and make my product available to as many people as possible...

Why Does the Fire Fighter's Dog Have Spots?

Friday October 5th, During morning meditation, I asked my Spirit Guide Somoya what I needed to know for the day. I then internally heard, "Why does the fire fighter's dog have spots?" Naturally I Googled, cause I had no idea and I was curious. After a search in Google, I learned some interesting information about these spotted creatures called Dalmatians: >The spots come from genetics (piebald gene) and selective breeding-just a preference >Originate from the Republic of Croatia >Breed developed chiefly in England in 1862 >Known to be loyal, protective, and intelligent >Mascot and used in fire houses over a 100 years ago-best known >Due to intelligence and spots, made them successful circus animals over the years >Very compatible with horses, before motorized vehicles >Clear a path for the horses and the fire fighter drawn carriage by parking >Guided fire fighting apparatus and horses to fire >Would run along side horses to p...
